Who We Are
The journey started in 2012 for the Turtle Silicone Group, located in one of the biggest and most well-known clusters of Injection molds In Europe, Portugal. From a very young age, learning and experiencing the mold manufacturing and injection industry, allowed our Group to start on a solid position in this industry, growing with a strategy aligned with innovation, a large know-how of past generations, more than 50 years, and constant search for excellence. As a result, besides the other companies in the Group that already emerge since 2012, in 2023, Turtle Silicone Valve Factory was founded.
Turtle Silicone Valve Factory is a production unit specializing in high-quality silicone valves, mainly for medical but also for food and cosmetics, among other industries. With a production area of 720 square meters, in which 300 square meters are ISO 7 certified cleanrooms, we use the most advanced technology and high-end European top equipment, with the capacity to produce 100 to 200 million valves per year, including slit cut. We aim to be the most efficient and high-quality company worldwide for silicone medical valves.
